Services described

Pages describing SOC analytics engagements, incident reporting programmes, handoff packs, and briefings are informational. A binding scope, fees, and deliverables are set only in a written proposal or statement of work accepted by both parties.

Intellectual property

Website content, branding, and materials created by System Bloompath remain our intellectual property unless a statement of work assigns specific deliverables to you. Client data, tickets, and logs remain the client’s property. You may not copy site content for commercial reuse without permission.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious content through forms, or use our materials to misrepresent your own security posture to third parties.

No warranties on site content

Journal articles and public pages are general practice notes. They are not legal, regulatory, or insurance advice. Engagement outcomes depend on your environment, staffing, and decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Hong Kong law, System Bloompath is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use.
