About

A Kowloon practice for desks that already run hot

System Bloompath started from a simple frustration: incident reports and SOC charts that looked polished in workshops and fell apart during a busy night shift in Hong Kong.

Why we exist

Security operations teams here already own capable tooling. What they often lack is shared language across shifts, report structures that survive legal review, and visuals that match how tickets actually move. We work inside that gap.

Our office sits at New Mandarin Plaza in Tsim Sha Tsui East — close enough for in-person sessions with regional SOC leads, insurers’ technical contacts, and managed security partners who need clarity without another platform pitch.

How we approach the work

We begin on the floor: watching handovers, reading closed tickets, and listening to how duty managers describe severity when no slide deck is open. Only then do we propose views or report outlines. If a threshold cannot be defended with your own history, we will not invent one.

Engagements stay finite. When the handoff workshop ends, your team owns the artefacts. Ongoing retainers exist only when you ask for them explicitly.
